Bio

Améelia moved to the US in 1997. While in College she boldly moved after winning a Lottery Green Card and shortly after became an American citizen. She came to America with just $100 and her suitcase! Leaving her family, friends and country, to pursue the American Dream! After traveling to a few states Améelia quickly fell in love with San Diego and made it her permanent residence in early 2000.

I pride myself on providing clients with the highest level of service available. My love of San Diego and my knowledge of the local area allows me to save clients time and money when searching for a new home or investment property. I truly enjoy my business and the opportunity it gives me to meet many different people.

Cultivating client loyalty was a process that I enjoyed very much. In fact, it was what made all worthwhile as I carved out my niche in the real estate world.
My measure of success is how my clients feel about the end result and their experience with me from Day One to closing and beyond.
In my spare time I volunteer at the local Association of Realtors for different causes, my church that I attend and I actively support a variety of charities.
